Developed a predictive model using machine learning techniques (ADA Boosting, Random Forest, etc) and data analysis tools (pandas, sklearn) to forecast tool conversion costs and compatibility, supporting the implementation of a $300M cost-saving initiative and driving an additional $100M in savings.
Designed Chatbot aimed to provide tool error support to technicians, utilizing OpenAI Api and Azure database, resulting in a full scale chatbot application
Contributed to the development of a Tapeout support application by implementing commenting and privacy features, reducing deployment time by 2 weeks.
Developed an Angular-based user interface for the chatbot, enhancing usability and seamless integration with existing applications.

What I did
Integrated user authentication via encryption and flows for verifying contact info/resetting account info.
